June -
06/15 - 17 - Spring Campout - Sprague Brook Park. This is a BYOT (bring your own tent) event. Other than this being a tent campout it follows the same type of schedule as the Winter campout - leave Friday night and come home Sunday after breakfast. Meet at St. Pete's (or head directly to Sprague Brook for veteran campers) around 6pm. What to bring is also just about the same - we provide the food, you provide the rest. Bring bikes to ride around the park, sports equipment (baseball, wiffle ball, frisbee...), fishing gear to fish in the ponds (catch and release), camp chairs, creek walking gear, swimsuit, and several pairs of sneakers. Kids can't stay away from water. There are indoor bathrooms at Sprague Brook and shower facilities at the campground area. We camp in the open field behind the tennis courts - which is free for Scouts.
Just a reminder: All parents are responsible for their children and are expected to help out with cooking and clean up. All boys are reminded to use the buddy system and let your parent know where you are going.

02/05 Schwan’s Fund Raiser pick up at St. Pete's 8am - 2pm
- Your Den Leader needs the forms by Sun Jan 29 – so they can get them to Carol Baccoli by Jan 30
- Feb 5 - Ask people to pick up their orders at St. Pete’s or I’d suggest picking up their order for them and delivering it to them.
- Your Den leader should have forwarded an e-mail from Carol with differnt types of ordering, gift cards, etc... The e-mail subject is "Schwan's Fundraiser - Pack 400 Truckload Sale".
- Need to add sales tax - 8.75% - to any Frozen Concentrate or Drink Concentrate items ordered. Rest of catalog items are not taxed. Put tax amount in "Tax" box on the order form.
- Collect payment when taking orders in person using the paper form.
- Cash or Check Payable to “Pack 400” (for in-person sales using paper form).
- Customer can also place an order on-line or by phone using their credit card. Easier for orders if out of state etc... See e-mail ""Schwan's Fundraiser - Pack 400 Truckload Sale" for details. Customer needs to provide campaign number for us to get credit for the sale.
- Can order gift cards as well - details in Carol's e-mail.
- Very important everyone tries and sell at least $100 to get us back in the black
- Let your Den Leader know if you need a packet which contains order forms and a catalog.
